External Electric Motovibrators : MVE

MVE External Electric Motovibrators consist of an electric motor housed in a sturdy FMEA-designed cast casing, with eccentric weights fitted on both shaft ends.

Explosion-Proof MVE-D External Electric Motovibrators consist of an electric motor housed in a sturdy FMEA-designed cast casing, with eccentric weights fitted on both shaft ends. Special design features and tight tolerances avoid that any possible explosion inside the motor will affect the external environment, making the explosion-proof MVE-D suitable for applications in the oil & gas industry where such a feature is mandatory.

External Electric Motovibrators Increased Safety Range : MVE-E

Increased Safety MVE-E External Electric Motovibrators consist of an electric motor housed in a sturdy FMEA-designed cast casing, with eccentric weights fitted on both shaft ends. Special design features materials used prevent sparking inside the motor.

External Electric Motovibrators Milling Range : MVE-Milling

“MVE Milling” External Electric Motovibrators consist of an electric motor housed in a sturdy FMEA-designed cast casing, with eccentric weights fitted on both shaft ends, adopting oversized roller bearing to withstand heavy-duty operation.
“MVE Milling” External Electric Motovibrators are available with 8 or 10 pole motors only, due to low r.p.m. required this application.

Flanged Screen Devices : FD

Flanged Screen Devices FD consists of an electric motor housed in a FEMA-designed cast casing, with eccentric weights fitted on both shaft ends and a flange arranged to be connected to the vibrating machine lateral sides with a shaft designed for interconnection between two FD.
Flanged Screen Devices FD have been specifically designed and optimized to be applied onto horizontal or inclined vibrating equipments on mobile and stationary plants.

Flanged motovibrators : MVE-Flanged

Flanged  motovibrators “S” series
“S” series “Flanged Motovibrators” consists of an electric motor housed in a FEMA-designed cast casing, with eccentric weights fitted on both shaft ends.
“S” series “Sieves” have been specifically designed and optimized for circular sieve applications, with the target to improve the overall performance of the application.
“S” series “Industrial” have been developed for all other applications, with the aim of reducing maintenance costs and consequently machine shutdown times.
Flanged  motovibrators “I” series
“I” series “Industrial” consists of an electric motor housed in a FEMA-designed cast casing, with eccentric weights fitted on both shaft ends.
“I” series “Industrial” have been designed and optimized for all the applications, with the target to offer a product with a long life time.
“I” series “Industrial” have been developed for all other applications, with the aim of reducing maintenance costs and consequently machine shutdown times.

Vibrators for Quarry and mining, oil and gas : SV

SV electric vibrator “long” has been designed for quarry & mining, oil & gas sectors. No crossbeam, direct vibration, adjustable Centrifugal Force

Flow Aids

Under the OLI brand WAMGROUP offers Flow Aids for increased process efficiency and improved plant safety. The product range is divided into Aerator Pads and Nozzles, Vibro-Aerators, Air Cannons, Combined Hammer Blasters, Pneumatic Linear Vibrators and Pneumatic Rotary Vibrators.

Rotary Ball Vibrators : S

With S-series Ball Vibrators vibration is generated by the movement of a ball inside an eccentric guide. S-series vibrators generate low amplitude high frequency vibration. They are particularly efficient with fine powders granular materials such as sand or seeds. They are also suitable compacting applications in consolidation.
Manufactured from a blue aluminium body with a galvanized steel cover, the S-series is available in eight different sizes.
Working pressure ranges from 2 to 6 bar (29 ~ 87 PSI) of oiled air.
Compliant with ATEX EX II 2DG cT(x), the S-series is suitable application in explosive environments. Operating noise reaches 90 dB(A).
Among pneumatic rotary vibrators the S-series is the most economical solution.


Combined Hammer Blasters : PJ

The PJ-type PICJET® Combined Hammer Blast adds to the mechanical action of the PS-type MARTSHOCK Hammer (see relevant page) a compressed air jet expanding across the surrounding wall surface, as well as in the stored material. It also adds more extended impact vibration. The PICJET® Hammer Blast is most suitable materials with a tendency to bridge or rathole those with hygroscopic properties.


Continuous Impact Vibrators : P

P-Series Continuous Impact Vibrators produce a shockwave generated by the continuous impact of their internal piston on the metallic base mount welded on the or wall.
They are particularly efficient with bulk materials that tend to stick to the wall. Typically P-series vibrators are used wet or electrostatics powders such as clay or , but also sludge or manure.
 
P-Series Continuous Impact Vibrators help solving problems such as formation of incrustations, bridging or rat-holing, operating continuously applying intermittent blows on the or at a pressure ranging from 2 to 6 bar (29 ~ 87 PSI).
When operating multiple impact vibrators, those at the bottom should be activated first, moving progressively upwards at regular intervals to the upper ones.  
The robustness of the P-series design makes these vibrators suitable both outdoor indoor application, as well as high temperatures of up to 200 °C (390 °F).
 
The external body parts are manufactured from aluminium from powder-coated (RAL 2009) grey cast iron.
 
P-Series vibrators are assembled on a base mounting plate (not supplied) which has to be welded on the , or wall. It is recommended to fix a safety chain to the vibrator to avoid accidental dropping during installation or maintenance.

To satisfy all market needs three sizes are available.

Concrete Vibrators

WAMGROUP member, OLI, supplies High Frequency Concrete Vibrators (Pokers) and Converters in a variety of models and options for compaction of fresh concrete on building sites.

Electric High Frequency Internal Vibrators : VHN

VHN Electric High Frequency Internal Vibrators (standard range) consist of a tractor unit called vibrator head, 10 metres of electric cable and of 5 metres internally reinforced operating hose.
The high centrifugal force is generated by a high frequency electric motor integrated in the vibrator head.
Vibrators are equipped with a key pad (IP 66 protection) in polyamide, complete with switch protected by a reinforced gasket resistant to continuous use and wear.

Frequency and Voltage Converters : CM-Converters

Frequency and Voltage Converters consist of an electric motor coupled to a permanent magnet generator that reduces the single-phase (230 V, 1 ph) or three-phase (400 V, 3 ph) input voltage into one lower than 50 V increasing the frequency to 200 Hz, necessary for correct operation of electric internal vibrators, thus ensuring operator safety as occurs with low voltage equipment.
Converters are suitable for continuous duty.
With multi-socket models a maximum of four multiple high frequency concrete vibrators can be connected simultaneously, as long as total power consumption does not exceed the rated current of the converter.
To facilitate the manoeuverability, depending on the model, a handle or a grip frame with coupling or wheels is provided.
