Filter regulator (Air Preparation)
ชุดกรองลม (F.R.L.Units) หรือ Air Service Unit คือ อุปกรณ์ที่ปรับปรุงคุณภาพลมซึ่งอยู่ในสภาพที่เป็นลมอัดให้พร้อมก่อนนำไปใช้งานโดยปกติแล้วลมอัดมักจะมีความชื่นและละอองน้ำรวมถึงละอองฝุ่นเข้ามาปะปนอยู่ซึ่ง
ทำให้มีผลกระทบต่ออุปกรณ์ในระบบนิวเมติกส์ เช่น โซลินอยด์วาล์ว กระบอกลม และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆทำให้เกิดความเสียหายและมีอายุการใช้งานที่สั้นลงการที่ติดตั้งชุดกรองลมจะเป็นการช่วยยืดอายุการใช้งานและป้องกันปัญหาที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นกับอุปกรณ์ในระบบได้อีกด้วย
ชุดกรองลม F.R.L จะประกอบด้วย
1.ตัวกรองลมดักน้ำ (Air Filter)
2.ตัวปรับแรงดันลม (Air Regulator)
3.ตัวจ่ายน้ำมัน (Lubricator)
